Affordable Housing

We need:         

• Investment in more affordable home ownership that meets people’s needs and budgets
  
  
• Access to more stable rental housing options that are affordable to the middle class, and those working hard to join it, to keep our city affordable and help address homelessness
  
  
• Closing of loopholes in rent control
  
  
• More dual purpose built developments that pair commercial and mixed residential (private, market and social housing units)
